Our story begins with the long-standing experience of a generation of builders.
More than 40 years ago, Francesco Valletta took the helm of the business and brought a forward-looking vision focused on innovation, sustainability, and the well-being of people and the environment. In the 2000s, the concept of sustainable homes became increasingly concrete through projects with low environmental impact, focused on energy efficiency and quality of life, culminating in the attainment of NZEB and DNSH certifications, as part of an ongoing journey toward ESG standards.
