The Borgo dei Poeti continues to grow. Next to Lot 1, where construction is already underway on the three-room villas, Lot 2 is now taking shape and will be home to the new Ville dei Poeti.

One Sun Collection nine four-bedroom villas whose name draws inspiration from the great masters of Italian literature—from Ugo Foscolo to Pascoli and Leopardi—a tribute not only to the urban setting in which they are located, but also to our country’s precious cultural heritage.

This second phase expands the housing options, making the complex even more welcoming and diverse, with exclusive layouts designed for families and for those who want to live in functional spaces surrounded by greenery.

The two lots will be separated by Parco dei Poeti, which features inclusive and educational play equipment for children of all ages, as well as an outdoor fitness area equipped with calisthenics equipment for those who want to stay in shape without leaving the comfort of their own homes.
