Il Borgo dei Poeti is a premier real estate development offering luxury villas surrounded by greenery in Turbigo—ideal for those who wish to embrace the “slow living” philosophy and raise their children in close contact with nature, in a relaxing and safe environment. The project will be completed by the end of this year and will create a residential ecosystem where comfort, sustainability, and architectural quality come together to offer a truly extraordinary living experience.
Each villa was designed with a specific goal in mind: to create cutting-edge, future-oriented homes. The residences in the Borgo are, in fact, designed to meet the highest standards in terms of energy efficiency and innovation: they are all Class A4—the highest classification in Italy—classified as “nearly zero-energy buildings” (NZEB), powered by solar panels and equipped with smart home technology for energy management. All of the units offered are equipped with electric vehicle charging stations to accommodate those who prefer green transportation. Equally important, a sophisticated controlled mechanical ventilation system ensures clean air and a healthy indoor climate at all times, regardless of the season.
But what makes this project even more special is its green spirit. In fact, the Parco dei Poeti—an open green space designed as a place for socializing, playing, and gathering—will be built next to the villas. It will be an area dedicated to children, fully equipped with accessible and inclusive play equipment, where families can enjoy their daily lives in peace, away from traffic and immersed in a welcoming, family-friendly atmosphere.
Borgo dei Poeti is much more than just a residential complex. It’s a vision of the future. It is the conscious choice of those who desire a technologically advanced home, surrounded by nature and built with a fresh approach, capable of combining aesthetics, sustainability, and a sense of well-being. It is a place where living is not just about having a home, but about being part of something greater: a community that shares values, visions, and a more mindful, more human, and more poetic way of life.
